Will I be able to manage my server through a web-based control panel?
Yes. Every Windows dedicated server hosting plan comes with Plesk, giving you the ability to manage and control every aspect of your server.
Can I upgrade my VPS hosting account to a Windows dedicated server?
Yes. If you currently have a VPS hosting account with us, you can upgrade to a Windows dedicated server at any time by ordering a new dedicated server. If you are a fully managed customer, we will migrate your data from your current account to your new dedicated server.
Can I upgrade my VPS to Windows dedicated server hosting?
We take pride in getting you up and running as soon as possible. Our standard Windows dedicated server hosting configurations can usually be set up in just minutes. However, some advanced add-ons and custom configurations may require more time to setup.
What is RAID?
RAID stands for Redundant Array of Independent Disks and is a protocol for storing data on multiple hard disks, then combining them together so the operating system running on your server views them as a single entity. RAID-1 is currently offered on our Windows dedicated server hosting.
RAID-1 is known as mirroring. Data is written to a minimum of two disks, offering a high degree of security at the cost of a small decrease in performance due to capturing data on two disks.
